Privacy

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. It provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

 

Payments

Payment online can be made using a valid credit card, Pay Pal account and Afterpay.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations and amendments to sales orders can only be made before payment is received.  Order cancellations that are made after receipt of payment will incur a 30% handling fee. This cancellation term does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Order fulfilment

It is our aim to attend to your online order as soon as possible. We keep our website as up to date and accurate as possible, however as we are also a retail shopfront, on the rare occasion products may be purchased in store and online at the same time. Should this situation occur we will contact you to inform you that your requested product is no longer available and offer to order in the product for you if possible or for a full refund. Our apologies should this occur to you. If you would like to avoid this situation you may phone the store before proceeding through checkout to ensure your desired products are available.  

 

Imagery

St Barts has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our online store.
We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
As all our products are hand crafted and often made of raw materials we must stress that these pieces will often have cracks, colour variations which may not be reflected in the image on screen.
