Refunds

Refund Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item you are allowed to receive a refund. This based solely on the discretion of St Barts. Once approved we will ask you to post back the product as you received (tags and packaging included) within 7 days and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the product back. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds for ‘change of mind’ products.
