Artist Collaboration
Sophie Wahlquist
Sophie Wahlquist lives and works in Mallorca, Spain and received a BFA from Parsons the New School for Design. Primarily using unabashedly high-key colours, the artist paints, sculpts and welds her key subjects - flora and fauna from both ancestral landscapes and those imagined. Oftentimes functional, her three-dimensional work creates an immersive component to the sensibility to her narrative paintings, collages and sculptural installation.
